Review: The job was done efficiently but the owner needs to work on his attitude to the client. I found him discourteous and unwilling to listen. Perhaps the interruption of his business by the lockdown is the reason why he was in such hurry. But a truly professional contractor would prioritize courtesy to the person who is paying for the job.
