Review: We got quotations for a custom door supply and installation they were the not the cheapest or most expensive but pricing was economical.From the onset the problems started, they came out quoted for the supply and installation, the first day they said they didn’t include hardware for the door, next it was the shaft which they didn’t include on their quotation how does an experienced company quote on a custom size door and omit the shaft which also needs to be custom size, then there was a problem with the opening and closing, needed flapper hinges, then they said the motor was a problem, which was them proved wrong. The final product was a skew, rattling, shaky door not aligned, and opens and closes like it’s gasping for breath. They knew it was a custom size, never made provisions for this and them started the blame game, along with different excuses everyday. The door is left like this . They were them insisting and demanding payment even though they had not rectified the errors pointed out, Absolutely poor, pathetic, unprofessional service for an experienced company, the owner was continuously messaging for payment, and now never responds to messages about resolving the snags.We are having to resort to legal processes to get this door working like a new door should.

Review: If I could rate this business zero stars I would. This owner Greg Cooper is not really interested in your business if you are discussing repair work. I have yet to have someone come out after making contact 3 weeks ago. I had to call back numerous times and he had his colleague call me once and ask for pictures and an address via whatsapp to witch he never responded. When I called again telling him the colleague never responded he just said ” I will speak to him when he comes into the office” .Never even had the decency to call back. You just lost a future client and the sale of a brand new door to someone more professional.

Review: Wow, nice to deal with a professional company, and Greg, the owner is on site. Will recommend him again and again. Very well priced. I’m a very happy customer.Edit: After 3 years and numerous problems of cable climbing off the spool, causing the door to kink, I was charged R650 for call-out. And this is I have been complaining before.All that was done now, is that the travel of the door was lowered. I feel R650 call-out fee is alot to charge in normal working hours, for a problem that was persistent from fitment. Also the fact that the call out fee was only mentioned after the visit, I find unprofessional. Next time I will get someone else to solve the problem and replace the top panel of the door that is kinked.
